Mr. Thong’s farm of 8 hectares is nestled under the gentle shade of trees, and the lush landscape of the Bolaven Plateau.

Mr. Thong and his wife work together on the farm – taking care and pride in using natural, gentle techniques to farm the coffee, without harmful chemicals. The farm is truly a family business, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the coffee they produce.

 

Mr. Thong is known as a social person with a great sense of humor – who also loves food – ranging from eel soup to centipede snacks – and of course his Lao Whiskey - best enjoyed with his closest friends.
