Mrs. Noy and her family are the most popular coffee grower in their village. For 44 years, they have been expert farmers, growing three main varieties of coffee, namely Arabica, Robusta, and Tipica. Their three-hectare farm rested at an elevation of 1120masl area with lots of trees providing perfect shade for her coffee trees. Mrs. Noy inherited all her sustainable ways of farming from her ancestors. Also, they carefully select the best seeds and common species of coffee to grow as taught by her ancestors.
Their family believes that treating the coffee trees with gentle care will bring an abundant harvest. Five days of farm work is not enough for Mrs. Noy, and she sometimes dedicates her weekend tending her coffee trees. Their love and passion for farming radiate to the successful production of high-quality coffee beans.
Mrs. Noy has a big radiant smile that even tired from work, she will never forget to offer her smile to everyone. She enjoys listening to traditional and country music. There is a variety of food she likes, but she prefers to eat bamboo soup, grilled chicken, and papaya salad most of the time. In her free time, she watches her favorite sports, like boat racing and boxing.
