Mr. Ngae, together with his Mrs. Toui, tend their 6-hectare farm on the quiet and small village of Pudam Khuan.
Their family is known for practicing the sustainable and natural way of farming, which he learned from his ancestors. Following in his parents’ footsteps, Mr. Ngae prides himself on growing coffee in an area with shade trees, good weather, and nutrient soil. His family cultivates coffee with dedication and passion, which makes their beans extra special.
Aside from farming, Mr. Ngae also spends quality time with his family while enjoying a beef soup with a glass of his favorite local whiskey.
